oDoc connects you with doctors for video and audio consultations over your phone. Consult a doctor, get your medicines delivered and get your lab tests done while you stay comfortable at home!

oDoc enlisted our services to revamp their website and wanted an increase in organic traffic as a way to boost their overall traffic to the site. They have two main competitors with an already established base on Google Search and dominating the top 3 rankings for relevant keywords.

The challenge was to break into the top 3 search engine recommendations while increasing impressions for other relevant keywords related around the healthcare sector. Our objective was to increase oDoc’s presence in Google Search for all healthcare related searches which we identified as the following based on user intent:

  • Channeling a doctor consultation
  • Looking up doctors under specializations
  • Researching on specific illnesses and treatments

Step 01

The Strategy Pod

Our Strategy Pod audited the brand and website, interviewed the Growth Marketing team to identify objectives, and analysed historical data on website and app conversions. This provided us with insights into what worked, their unique value proposition, how to pitch their offering through brand messaging, and identify who their ideal audiences were.

Based on our Analysis, we identified:

  • Their current website design did not align with their brand communication, and their User Interface and User Experience lacked a unified framework to effectively communicate their value proposition.
  • Their sitemap, URL structure, and lack of website pages did not match the user’s search intent, which had a direct impact on their Google ranking.
  • They had high bounce rates and low conversions.
  • Their website loading speeds were slow.

The outcome?

  • New Website Customer Journey Map Blueprint
  • SEO Optimisation Strategy Blueprint
  • Website Sitemap

Step 02

The Design Pod

Based on the Customer Journey Map and Insights gathered, our Design Pod took over and created the initial wireframes and mockups for the website and pages. Through our Reviews & Feedback sessions with oDoc, our Design Pod was able to create the layouts. Thanks to the keyword analysis, research, and plan provided by the Strategy Pod, the Design Pod was able to create a content structure for each page that included long-tail and short-tail keywords.

We focused on making the platform simple to navigate, visually appealing, and ready to grow as more content was added. The process involved brainstorming, user testing, and close collaboration with the developers.

The outcome?

  • Wireframes
  • Website Content Structure
  • Website Design Guide for Desktop, Mobile and Tab

Step 03

The Devlopment Pod

After the design team finalized the vision with a detailed Website Design Guide, our Development Pod transformed that vision into a fully functional, high-performance website using WordPress and Elementor. They converted high-fidelity designs into clean, efficient code, ensuring every interactive element worked smoothly across all devices. Through a collaborative process with designers and oDoc’s Team, rigorous testing, and performance optimization, the Development Pod delivered a scalable, responsive platform that perfectly captures the intended aesthetics and functionality.

Step 04

The Growth Pod

Now that oDoc’s website was re-vamped, up and running our Growth Pod along with oDoc’s Growth Team worked in tandem to achieve the goals and objectives we set out at the beginning.

The Result?

  • >1 million Impressions over 12 months
  • >25% Traffic from organic search
  • 300% Increase in impressions & clicks bi-annually

We generated more than 25% of the website’s organic traffic while maintaining a substantially reduced bounce rate. In the first three months, clicks grew by 46% and impressions by more than 10%.
